Three ways to obtain an independent view of ERP programme health.
Structured assessment, evidence review, 8–12 targeted interviews, PHAT analysis, executive report and readout.
Report within 8–10 working days
Extended evidence testing, 20–30 interviews, deeper diagnostic and dependency analysis, executive report, intervention priorities and readout.
Report within 15–20 working days
Initial assessment plus targeted reassessments, health trajectory, intervention tracking and emerging-risk analysis.
Quarterly and/or around major programme gates
Indicative pricing. Final fees reflect programme scale, complexity, geography, evidence volume, interview population and required depth of assurance. PHAT engagements are fixed-price assurance services based on proprietary methodology, diagnostic IP and expert judgement rather than consultancy time.
PHAT can be as light-touch as a single review and readout, a deeper dive into issue interaction and mitigation, or, for programmes requiring longer-term assurance, a structured review cycle. Repeat PHAT assessments create a health trajectory rather than a series of disconnected health checks, allowing sponsors to see whether interventions are improving underlying programme health, with independent assurance around major gate decisions.
