For assurance partners

Bring repeatable diagnostic intelligence to ERP assurance.

PHAT can add an ERP-specific diagnostic capability to an established assurance practice while retaining a consistent, quality-controlled methodology.

Differentiate

Add a recognisable ERP-specific diagnostic proposition rather than another generic programme review.

Increase consistency

Apply a repeatable assurance structure across engagements while retaining senior professional judgement.

Create trajectory

Use repeat assessments to show whether underlying programme health is actually improving, deteriorating or simply being reported differently.

A controlled route to partnership

Prove the value before broadening access.

STAGE 01

PHAT-led specialist assurance

PHAT leads the review and drives the methodology.

The partner brings the client relationship, sector knowledge and, where appropriate, supporting assurance capability. PHAT conducts the diagnostic assessment and produces the assurance conclusions for the partner to use with their client. The partner can participate in analysis, context-setting and executive readout without needing to operate the model — allowing both parties to create value in live engagements while preserving the partner's client relationship and existing service model.

STAGE 02

Commercial partnership

A repeatable joint proposition for ERP programme assurance.

Once value has been demonstrated, the partner may wish to establish an agreed commercial model for using PHAT with suitable clients and programmes. Partner personnel can lead delivery, supported by the PHAT methodology, quality controls and accreditation, while PHAT retains control of the diagnostic IP.

STAGE 03

Licensed practitioners

Scale delivery without diluting assurance quality.

Approved practitioners can be trained, accredited and licensed to conduct PHAT assessments within a controlled framework. Confidentiality, methodology controls, quality assurance and technical access restrictions protect consistency of delivery and PHAT's diagnostic IP, while enabling partners to incorporate PHAT into their own ERP assurance propositions.

A sensible first engagement

One programme. One comparison.

Select a suitable ERP programme, run a PHAT-led assessment alongside or within the existing assurance approach, compare the diagnostic value and executive response, then decide whether a broader relationship is justified.

Why start this way? It gives both parties evidence of commercial and diagnostic value before committing to a licensing model, while keeping delivery quality and responsibilities clear during the evaluation stage.
